With a focus on industry and broker events, conferences, trade stands, and awards events, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.

In this role, you will plan, organise, manage, and deliver a calendar of activations and events aligned with our business strategy. About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in event management, with a proven history of delivering successful events. A tertiary qualification in marketing, events, or a related field is desirable. You should have strong knowledge of the events industry and, ideally, the financial services industry. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are a must, as well as outstanding organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. The ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects effectively, and work under pressure is essential. You should be adaptable, flexible in approach, a problem-solver, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering positive business and client outcomes. Creativity, a flair for identifying new opportunities, and a strong collaborator mindset are also key.

Are you spirited, optimistic, curious, inclusive, accountable, and lionhearted? Do you aspire to contribute to Building Social Capital through Banking? If you embody the BOQ Group values and have a passion for event management, we want you on our team! Apply now and let us create impactful events together that drive our business forward!
