Position Overview: The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices and principles. You will work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful Agile adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to promote best practices.
  • Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Agile metrics and practices.
  • Encourage and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work with leadership to align Agile practices with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address any impediments to team success and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support for scaling Agile practices across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe).
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate teams.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Rally).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or additional certifications in Agile practices.
  • Experience in scaling Agile practices in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
